Positive Coaching Plan
The Santa Clarita Track Club is committed to the principles of the Positive Coaching Alliance

At our coaches meeting, we handed out the Positive Coaching Plan, to all of our coaches and at our parent orientation meeting we handed out the Parent's Letter and Parent's Pledge, if you missed any of those meeting, I have put the files here online so you too can review the important information. And join us in our plan.

Please take the time to read the parent's letter and Pledge and sign it and commit to it.

How to Determine You Intensity Level
A Reliable Way to Determine The Intensity Level:
Listen to your body's clues to determine the level of intensity of a given activity or workout. Your perceived rate of exertion has been shown to be a pretty accurate measure of intensity level1, so use the chart below as a guide.
