Cross Country Sign Ups
We are accepting signups for our 2009 Cross Country Program. You can download the paperwork by clicking the following links: Sign Up Paperwork & XC Parent Handbook,  2009 Cross Country Flyer Please follow the instructions in the packet.
Storm Cross Country Features: 
  • Youth Conference Competition with meets in Santa Clarita Valley, Simi Valley, San Fernando Valley, & Ventura County. (Final Schedule yet pending). 
  • For Boys and Girls ages 6 - 16 in all athletic abilities. (Running Required!!!) 
  • Athletes compete on a course ranging from 2 K to 4 K depending on age.
  • Athletes eligible for Post Season, with possibility of competing for the National Junior Olympics.
  • Team Awards Banquet at Santa Clarita Sports Complex. 
  • Memory book, or video of season given at the banquet.
  • Experienced Coaching Staff
  • Fun Fun Fun!!! 
Our first day of practice will be on August 1st at Central Park 8:00 AM, near the basketball courts.

Triathlon Clinic
Anyone interested in a Triathlon training clinic please click here for a flyer with information for the clinic.
The clinic will be open to Adults and Kids (8-14)
Have you ever wondered what it would it takes to compete in a triathlon? What do you need, how do you train, or where do you start? maybe you want to take triathlon to the next level, if you said yes, this triathlon training clinic will be one you won't want to miss. Each session will focus on certain aspects of triathlon as listed below to help you reach your goals and maybe compete in your first TRI:
  • Tuesday: Intro to triathlon with a focus on planning a season, nutrition, strength, and training sessions
  • Wednesday: focus on the swim, strength, training, drills, planning workouts.
  • Thursday: Focus on the Bike, strength, drills, position, improving speed, endurance and power.
  • Friday: Focus on the run, strength, form, improving speed, and endurance
  • Saturday: Focus on Transition, group workout, fast paced, bike to run transition
Adults Clinics:
Tuesday - Friday 6-8pm
Saturday 7:am-10am
Kids Clinics: (8-14)
Tuesday - Saturday 8:30-10am
